This FREE event with hands on demonstrations, expert Q&A, and giveaways will provide parents, coaches, and athletes, with up to date information on enhancing athletic performance. Interact with sports performance experts on developmentally appropriate strength, conditioning, speed & agility programs for athletes ages 8 and up. Experts will discuss sports performance nutrition, injury prevention, and effective programming for athletic enhancement.
