This Class focuses on Running Form, Drills, Core Work, & Flexibility utilizing Resistance Bands, Plyometrics, Agility ladders, Sports Specific Drills and more.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
1- 3 day per week and AM & PM Training Options This comprehensive Sports Performance Training Program will enhance athletic performance and reduce risk of injury. Our sports performance specialists will evaulate each athlete and design an efficient program to maximize their fullest athletic potential.
90 minute Sport Specific Performance Training sessions for Middle, High School, and Collegiate Athletes that will include:
Speed
Agility
Strength
Power
Core Strength & Stability
Balance, Flexibility, Mobility
