Students will participate in FUN activities that will:increase upper & lower body strength, flexibility, abdominals, agility, cardiovascular fitness and more!Workouts will utilize resistance bands, dumbbells and student’s body weight, through games & drills with professional TEACHERS!
Professional instruction with Summer's Fitness Inc. Staff: Summer’s Fitness Inc. is under the direction of Summer Montabone, CSCS, who holds a Bachelors degree in Health & Physical Education, as well as several other national certifications.This class will be taught along with Lauren Krysa, Bachelors of Special Education, Ohio Licensed Intervention Specialist, and SF24/7 Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor.
